Today I head back to Tremont for the next class in my pursuit of the Southern Appalachian Naturalist Certification. It’s a little trip, just a weekend, but it is travel nonetheless and a very welcome adventure at that.

In spite of the “littleness” of this journey in terms of time and distance, I’m still excited about what lies ahead.

So I give you a snippet from Eddie Soloway’s One Thousand Moons because he so brilliantly captures what travel holds in it’s depths:

…my delight comes from knowing that in a world of possibilities my experiences can be endless…

With as many times as I’ve been to Tremont now, and as many times in the future I will be returning, I know that each visit holds it’s own magic and possibilities.
